Our regular Friday interviews as a part of the free Resilience + Steadiness series have been a joyful highlight of studio BE's spring programming. We look forward to continuing them twice monthly from now on.

Last Friday we were honored to welcome renowned psychologist, mindfulness expert, and NYT-bestselling author Rick Hanson, PhD for a live conversation about his new book, Neurodharma.

Dr. Hanson spoke engagingly with Vice President Dr. Christine E. Kiesinger about all things mindfulness, psychology, and positive neuroplasticity.
