We were delighted to host a live conversation with MeetMindful & Fabriq CEO and social wellness pioneer Amy Baglan as our featured guest in our Friday, May 8th Resilience + Steadiness webinar.

Amy charmed us with a down-to-earth chat about social wellness, mission-driven business, and cultivating meaningful connection in the time of COVID‬.

In case you missed it, you can watch our whole conversation here:

In the past decade, Amy Baglan has built three companies dedicated to connection and relationships. As co-founder of MeetMindful & Fabriq, she has helped over 1 million people meet, connect, and deepen relationships of all types.

In just a few short years, Amy built a powerful personal network of changemakers and entrepreneurs from scratch. She raised over $9M from mission-aligned investors and built a team with one of the best company cultures around (voted #2 in Colorado!). Driven by her desire for others to build valuable relationships, she's personally introduced hundreds of people, acting as a catalyst for new friendships, partnerships, and communities to grow.

As an Advisor to the Society for Social Health & Well-Being and the host of the Wellness 3.0 podcast (the first show dedicated to social wellness), Amy is extremely active in building an ecosystem of leaders in social health & wellness.

She's spoken at events like the World Happiness Summit, World Changing Women's Summit, Habit Hackers, and Startup Weekend, and her work has been featured in Inc., ORIGIN Magazine, Yoga Journal, Women's Health, Cosmopolitan, Elephant Journal, MindBodyGreen and more.

Thanks so much for joining us from Denver, Amy! We loved chatting with you.
