On Friday December 11th we were honored to host our final live conversation of 2020 with Harvard Medical School psychiatry professor Dr. Siobhan O'Neill.

Dr. O'Neill joined us for a timely conversation about mental health, grief, essential workers, mindfulness, well-being, and more with studio BE founder and CEO Jennifer Ciarimboli.

In case you missed it, you can watch our whole conversation here:

Dr. Siobhan O’Neill is a part-time Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and co-founder of Mindframe Consulting. She is a graduate of Harvard Medical School’s residency in psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital/McLean Hospital, where she served as Chief Resident. She completed advanced training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, spiritual psychology and psychosynthesis.

Dr. O’Neill is currently a student of the Insight Yoga Institute, and a long time meditation practitioner in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. Dr. O’Neill has a clinical practice, and consults to major malpractice insurers in the Boston area and New England.
