Beginning March 1st, join our expert facilitators for a nine-week journey into the foundations of mindfulness meditation, simple yoga poses, and breathwork.

studio BE first launched two years ago with this comprehensive, down-to-each Signature Series, and it's the foundation of all we've offered since.

We're happy to offer two cohorts and options for participating: one, on Mondays with teachers based in the US, and another, on Tuesdays with teachers based in the UK.

Course Description

Mind, Body & Breath: The studio BE Signature Series is a nine-week journey into the foundations of mindfulness meditation, embodied practices, and breath work under the guidance of studio BE's expert Facilitators.

What you’ll experience:
- An opportunity to gather each week with studio BE Facilitators in a relaxed virtual setting for warm-hearted interactive and experiential sessions
- Nine lessons that provide a firm foundation for a meditation practice.
- Supportive handbook, guided meditations, readings, and suggested practices offered on studio BE.
