In this three-part webinar series, Dr. Meyers will highlight strategies for returning to the office that are sensitive to both employee preferences and workplace productivity.  

In this first webinar, which is designed for both leaders and employees, Dr. Meyers offers an overview of developing a flexible approach to these uncertain times. Her perspectives particularly help employers recognize the psychological and behavioral health toll the past 15 months have particularly had on women, BIPOC communities, and other marginalized groups as they've navigated the competing demands of home, schooling, senior caregiving, and work.

Dr. Tracey Meyers is a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New York. She works at Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers (LCL), a legal assistance program serving lawyers, judges, and law students. ⁠ ⁠

Prior to joining LCL, Tracey worked for the State of Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, where she spent over 16 years working in inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. Tracey has a strong commitment to integrative medicine for mental health and wellness and leads mindfulness and yoga programs for groups, individuals, and professionals in the workplace.   ⁠ ⁠

In addition to her background in psychology, she is also an advanced yoga teacher, certified yoga therapist, and meditation teacher. Tracey has authored several publications, including articles and book chapters about integrative medicine, positive behavioral support treatment for different mental health conditions, and developing collaborative relationships in healthcare settings. ⁠ ⁠

She has an upcoming book coming out in January 2022 entitled Transformational Healing through Yin Yoga Therapy, which is an extensive guide to utilizing yoga and meditation to support mental health and well-being.⁠
