We are daily bombarded by a cacophony of noise: buzzing, clanging, sirens, machines, traffic and more.

Because our lives are filled with this dissonant clamor (both inside our homes and in the world around us), it's a wonder that any of us are sane and healthy.

The antidote?

Incorporating more sound therapy into your life.

Sound is all around us, all the time. Everything you can imagine has vibration, and that vibration emits a frequency that can shape and transmit energy.

When sound (even silence) is resonant, it cultivates balance in our bodies, minds and energy fields. It creates a state in our bodies and brains which invites us to relax, thus relieving muscle and mind tension, fatigue and other disorders.

Join studio BE faculty member Stacy Newfeld on Sunday April 11th to release and recharge yourself in the deepest of ways.

All you need to do is undo and soak in the vibrations of the alchemy crystal bowls. Each bowl is infused with a precious mineral from the Earth and is tuned to support our nervous systems.

Crystal singing bowls are relatively new to the sound healing world, at only around 20 years old. Yet — they're very powerful at shifting our vibration.

They're made from quartz crystals, minerals, and precious stones, heated, formed, and then tuned to various tones.

A session can influence our emotional bodies as well as our physical bodies by regulating our central nervous systems. Simply by listening to the alchemy crystal bowls, one is transported to a deep state of relaxation.

Join Stacy to discover this deep state of rest.

Stacy Newfeld has been studying and sharing yoga, meditation, & sound for three decades.

In 1991, she began as a student of Siddha Yoga Meditation and Gurumayi Chidvilasananda, diving deeply into meditation, chanting & devotion. Hatha yoga training followed much later, but it was thru the Iyengar tradition that Stacy offered seva classes in both Manhattan and South Fallsburg Siddha Yoga ashrams.

Stacy has over 500 hrs of training from many luminaries both Eastern and Western. She studied asana and pranayama with The Integral Yoga Institute, Samudra School of Yoga (Shiva Rea & Demetri Velisarius) and The Art of Attention (Elena Brower). She is certified in Usui Reiki II and has completed 150 hours Ayurvedic study with yogini mystic Shambhavi Chopra and Pandit Dr. David (Vamadeva) Frawley. She is also also an essential oil educator & wellness advocate with dōTERRA.

In 2014, Stacy fell in love with sound healing: specifically crystal bowls and gong. Magic "struck" in her own practice and she felt a deepening need to share them with her students.

While improvising during savasana, Essential Sonic Surrenders were born. Fast forward to 2020, and Stacy continues to study what nourishes and inspires her. Kundalini Yoga, Yin, the ocean, the flowers & cosmos are her current teachers.
