Do you hold your stress in your neck and shoulders?

Many of us do, so take a moment to release that tension with this one-minute practice.

From typing on computers, to driving, to carrying babies, to scrolling and texting on phones, our neck and shoulders hold a lot of tension. It's normal to carry our stress there, too.

In this short video, studio BE Senior Facilitator Adam Stonebraker shares a brief shoulder release that you can do throughout the day, at the office or at home.

Adam Stonebraker, MA, began practicing meditation and yoga in 1999 and has been teaching since 2010. His emphasis is on guiding others into bringing mindful, loving awareness to all aspects of life through meditation, movement, yin yoga, and breath practice.
