How'd summer treat you?

Whether you spent it working long hours, juggling caregiving, recovering from illness, chauffeuring kids to day camps, or lazing around on the beach, chances are you didn't have much time to practice.

There are goals:

Ahh, summer! Finally, long hot days with plenty of time to unroll my mat for a relaxing sunset yoga practice with my partner on the back porch!

and then there's reality:

Ahh, summer! Chaotic last-minute travel plans complicated by a Delta variant surge, a house full of bored kids, infinite mosquito bites, and a rained-out beach vacation.

So if you didn't manage a single Downward Dog or struggled to squeeze in a five-minute meditation, that's okay.

Be gentle with yourself.

Every breath is a chance to begin again.

And in this season of transitions, as summer turns to fall, it's the perfect opportunity to get back on track and return to your practice anew.

We're here to help.

Our faculty members have been hard at work creating practices to re-energize your body and nourish your soul.
