These offerings explore using sound as a way to anchor the attention when the mind naturally wanders off, which is not a mistake! We'll explore what it's like to be in relationship to what's happening, resourcing with sound in our meditation practice. I invite you to check in and see what feels comfortable, remembering there's no right way to be with sound. We practice listening with the whole body, feeling sound, visualizing sound, being with sound in whatever ways accessible.
